Detailed information about our return processes and conditions
You can return your products within 14 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Products must be returned with tags and invoice.
Notify our customer service about your return request. You will be provided with a return code and return address. Pack the product securely and send it to the specified address. Share the cargo tracking number with us.
After your return request is approved, you must send the product within 7 business days. Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected and approved within 3-5 business days.
In case of product defect or wrong shipment, shipping costs are covered by us. For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer. After return approval, payment is refunded to your account within 5-10 business days.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours with photos. Damaged products are replaced free of charge or fully refunded.
Hygiene products, custom-made products, opened software and digital content cannot be returned. Special return conditions may apply to promotional or discounted products.
After the returned product is inspected, approval status is notified via email. For approved returns, payment is refunded to the payment method used during purchase.
