1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by ShipyShip Logistics LLC ("ShipyShip", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ShipyShip provides prep center, warehousing, and logistics services for e-commerce sellers. Our services include, but are not limited to: receiving, inspection, labeling, packing, storage, and forwarding of inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers or end customers.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Shipping and Receiving
When sending inventory to our warehouse:
- Include your assigned suite number on all shipments
- Provide accurate packing lists and shipment details
- Ensure products comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Do not send prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items without prior approval
5. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with our services as outlined in your service agreement or our current pricing. Fees are due upon invoice and may be charged to your payment method on file. Unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of service.
6. Liability
While we handle your inventory with care, our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the lesser of the declared value of the item or our maximum liability limit specified in your service agreement. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Storage
Inventory left in our warehouse is subject to storage fees as outlined in our pricing. Inventory abandoned without communication for more than 90 days after reasonable attempts to contact you may be disposed of at our discretion.
8. Prohibited Items
You may not send the following to our facility without prior written approval:
- Hazardous materials or dangerous goods
- Illegal or controlled substances
- Weapons or explosives
- Counterfeit or infringing products
- Perishable items without prior arrangement
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you must arrange for the removal of your inventory within 30 days. Remaining inventory may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
